Our office is open from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Please note that the Ticketek City Box Office Collect Agency will be open for collecting tickets 2 hours before an event held in our Riverside Theatre, and will close approx. 30 minutes after the performance begins. Staff will be available at the Information Desk to assist you in picking up your tickets before entering the Riverside Theatre. Please allow time to collect your tickets before doors open.
